About this course

Every time you roll out Productboard to a new colleague or team at your organization, it’s an opportunity to align everyone around your product vision - and your product process. We have two courses, intended to help organizations get the most value out of Productboard.

Our previous course, Prepare for Launch, focuses on everything that happens before rolling out Productboard to your organization, as you form your core implementation team and align on key design decisions together.

This course, Takeoff!, picks up where Prepare for Launch leaves off, as your core team uses the assets developed in that course to roll out Productboard to your organization:

  • Creating custom self-serve training resources
  • Training and enabling your larger organization
  • Assessing Productboard adoption over time

Prerequisites: If your organization is setting up Productboard for the first time, we recommend taking our Prepare for Launch course first. Otherwise, there are no prerequisites.

Course length: 30 minutes approximately, self-paced.
