About this course

Archived: You're viewing an archived course, for an updated version of this course please take the certification: Organize all features ideas into our hierarchy

Is your feature idea backlog a treasure chest - or a junk drawer? One of the biggest benefits product managers see right after switching to Productboard is the ability to organize all of their feature ideas into our flexible hierarchy. Every idea - big and small - lives in a single source of truth. In this course, we’ll show you how the hierarchy works, explain the most common ways that product managers set up their hierarchy, and help you decide which organizational framework is best for you.

Course duration: 35-45 mins approximately

Note: For most product managers and smaller teams, the material covered in our Getting Started with Productboard course is sufficient.

We recommend you complete that course first. This course is most helpful for product teams with unique or complex product structures, or quickly-scaling organizations who need to document their process.
